GENERAL ESSENTIAL OIL DILUTION PRACTICES FOR SKIN
1% dilution (1 Drop in 15 ml Carrier Oil) – For children two through six years old.
1.5% dilution (2 Drop in 15 ml Carrier Oil) – For children ages six through fifteen years old.
2.5% dilution (3 Drop in 15 ml Carrier Oil) – This is typically the dilution recommended for most adults. It is also commonly used for daily body care products and massage.
3 – 10% dilution (3 - 10 Drop in 15 ml Carrier Oil) – Used for support during certain kinds of injuries or acute illness.
25% dilution (25 Drop in 15 ml Carrier Oil) – Used on rare occasions to soothe muscle cramps/spasms, bruising, etc.

• Feature: For good sleep – Add few drops in aroma lamp before going to bed or used as soothing massage oil with tranquilizing carrier oils like coconut oil or by adding few drops to bathing water in the evening.


• Feature: Adding 2 to 3 drops of Valerian oil to bath tub can help fight against most of painful conditions effectively.


• For Skin Disorders: Apply this oil externally on the affected area after blending it with carrier oils or to skin care cream. The soothing effect of this oil will calm and cool skin instantly.


• For Anti: depression - Use only 1 to 2 drops in diffuser and run it for 30 to 60 minutes at a time. Afterward, open a window, if you can, to let in some fresh air. You can also mix a few drops into a teaspoon of carrier oil and massage it into the bottoms of your feet.
