How to Use:
- For Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops of either oil or a blend to a diffuser for a warm, spicy atmosphere. Use sparingly as these oils are strong.
- For Topical Use: Always dilute thoroughly with a carrier oil (such as coconut, jojoba, or almond oil) before applying to skin. Use very low dilution (0.5–1%). Perform a patch test first.
- Both oils are potent – start with fewer drops.
Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly on skin. Keep away from children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Cinnamon and Black Pepper can cause skin irritation if not properly diluted.
